FAQ

The FAQ template provides a pre-built structure for your Frequently Asked Questions page. Customize each section and block to organize and present information effectively. Notably, in block-level customization, users have the option to link external pages created in the Shopify store. This allows the content from linked pages to be seamlessly displayed as answers in the FAQ section.

Navigation guide

  1. Click on the top center dropdown menu.
  2. Select "Pages" from the options.
  3. Choose "FAQ" from the list of pages to begin customisation.
  4. Customise each section and block as needed.
  5. Save changes to update your FAQ page.

Category Block:

    • Add Categories: Name your FAQ categories for systematic organization.
    • Assign Questions: Populate each category with related questions for clarity.

Question Block:

    • Name Questions: Specify the questions within each category for precise information.
    • Provide Answers: Create comprehensive answers for user understanding.
    • Link Relevant Pages: Enhance answers by linking to specific pages for additional details.

Visual Customization:

    • Colors and Fonts: Match the accordion's appearance to your brand style.

Save your customizations and publish the updated FAQ Accordion to make your improvements live.
